Important information to all customers. For a number of reason Listening Solutions will no longer have a store to view products. One of the main reasons is the cost to operating a store and the number of visit we receive to justify a store, but other reason make it difficult to operate a store. We do though offer new services:

• In home installation/demo - (Suitable for people that are not sure about what they require or need system installed) Demonstrating products in home. This is a fee based service where the Perth Metro area is split into 3 sections that can change weekly. Appointment are set based on the area we are in at the time. Mostly the 3 zones will be covered usually on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday although other days are available depending whether professional services are requested on the other days. Installation can occur on Saturday's although are not always available. Important information to note for this service:
• • No times are given as we have other jobs on the same day we cannot guarantee specific times. We may be able to give a rough estimate but is not guaranteed.
  • Cost although not finalised is expected to be $44.00 for non pensioners, $33.00 for pensioners for the first 30 minutes. More information to be made available on it's official start date. Cost incurred for more than 30 minutes.
  • Officially starting this service approx April 2009.
• Professional Services - (Suitable for government and business's) This is suitable for Government agencies and business that require specific times to visit. We provide a day that we are available to meet on a specific time. We are unable to come on a specifc day other than what we provide. Domestic clients can use this service but is usually a lot higher in costs.
• Telephone Sales - (Suitable for people that know exactly what they want) Call Listening Solutions on on (08) 6364 4805 and transaction can be handled over the phone.
• Internet Sales - (Suitable for people that know what they want) We are currently working on an online web-store, currently we have information on the web but no online cart is available. This currently under construction and further information will be  displayed when ready.
• Fax Sales - (Suitable for people that know what they want) You can fax an order request to us on (08) 6364 4807.

Currently Telephone ordering is the fastest method to receive equipment, Internet web store will also be speedy once up and running.
