Listening Solutions web store is now up and running. The new site incorporates new SSL Secure transactions to ensure ensure credit card details are safe from hackers trying to steal information.

The webstore does not alway show the secure mode for general browsing, as this can slow the viewing of web pages. We have only implemented SSL on sensitive areas where account information is being entered or store on our server. So don't worry if you do not see the lock symbol on the browser.

Currenty we have only 2 methods of payments but they can provide most of the nessesary transaction needed on the internet. These are:

• Credit Card - Credit Card information is store on the server and can only be accessed by a secure encrypted link. No credit card information is sent by email unlike some insecure webstores.
• PayPal - Considered a highly secure method of transacting we use PayPal IPN and can allow all major credit cards to transaction or direct transactions through you PayPal log-on. PayPal fees are quite high so unfortunately we maust pass on some of these fee. The current fee for PayPal transaction is 2% at the time of writing this headline.

All transactions must go through our Terms and Conditions before finalising the transaction. Terms and Conditions will be updated when necessary and can be viewed before you make you purchace. Please read these carefully.
